Christmas Eve

Old Bergen Church will offer two worship services on Sunday, December 24th.
At 11:00 AM we will gather in the church parlor around tables for a more informal “Fellowship Worship” adapted from the Moravian Church in America. The service begins with participants each person helping themselves to pastry and beverage and finding a place at one of the tables.
At 6:30 PM the young people will present a Live Nativity on the front steps of the church prior to the evening Candle Light Service.
At 7:00 PM we will hold our Evening Christmas Eve Candle Light Service in the sanctuary. This year we will be joined by the Christian Church of Jersey City as we observe a service of Lessons and Carols, concluding with the lighting of candles as we sing “Silent Night”.

(Please note that there will be no Sunday School classes on December 24 or December 31.)
