Deacons’ Christmas Project

Make a Difference in the Life of a Child – The Deacons are sponsoring a Christmas project to provide gift cards for each of the children at The Nurturing Place Family Shelter in Jersey City. To help sponsor a child, take a star, write your name on the list posted here, and make a donation of $5, $10 or $15 to Old Bergen Deacons. Our goal is to provide $15 cards to each of the 47 children at the shelter, plus a few more (in case new families arrive between now and December.) The gift cards will be purchased by the Deacons and presented to the children on December 11th.
